Britos kraaifontein management pathetic

My car got damaged by one of the staff members on britos premises this morning pass 10 already, and management ( Peter ) argued and tried to justify everything even telling me the security doesn't work for them. I was told at 15h00 that I should get an quote from a dealership and get back to them in the week because head office is closed. My car is my use of transport to work and that was told to the manager but wasn't taken serious.
