Britos Brackenfell manager looks down on people

<p>My mother has her own business, she sells fat cakes and food at the station. She sources her meat products from Britos in Brackenfell. She also buy plastic bag rolls from this store to serve clients. On the 23rd July she bought the bags fro R31.99 and I used them at church over the weekend and they were breaking, Out of 5, only 1 was right. My mother went back to inform the manager of this, he said that my mother always complains about bags and he is tired of it. My mother was broken and if she had another way, she would not buy at this store anymore. This is a very degrading comment to someone who buy the same things each and everyday. And, who is better to give feedback that someone who uses your procducts daily?</p>
