Refund due to Exchange Rate not Forthcoming

So, I shared my experience about BIR earlier, and have now given them a few months to respond, however, NOTHING.

Ben from BIR assured me that the exchange rate difference between what they charged up front, and the actual rate would be refunded to me. This amounted to little over R6000.00 by my calculations at the time ( was also the "unforseen" amount I had to pay the delivery company in cash on the day we received our goods), so, I am actually an additional R12k worse off than I should be.

Any word from Ben at BIR. Nothing.

So to anyone out there considering a move with BIR, just know, once you have paid, do not expect any favourable response thereafter.
