Very disappointing service

Very disappointing service – damaged and missing belongings I have organised overseas packing and removals for three households, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. In one household, items were very poorly packed, resulting in damage to both large and small belongings. In another household, several items, including Persian carpets and other possessions, were found to be missing when the shipment was unpacked. What has been particularly disappointing is the lack of support when these issues were reported. Rather than showing concern or making a genuine effort to investigate what had happened, the response was unhelpful, and there seemed to be little interest in helping us locate the missing belongings or establish where they had gone. When you entrust a company with packing and transporting your possessions overseas, you expect care, professionalism and accountability. Sadly, this has not been our experience. Given that I have arranged moves for three households, these issues are particularly concerning. I would have expected much better service and, at the very least, a willingness to investigate and help resolve the problems. Based on my experience, I would struggle to recommend this company..
