Terrible service don't care attitude

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">We had our goods collected in March 2015 to be shipped to Vancouver. We opted for the part load and were told it could take up to 9 months. 14 months later our goods are still in South Africa and after numerous attempts to contact Ben Nienaber failed. Still to this date he has not contacted us. We did get some response from the Shipping clerk, but my question is that if the load does not consolidate in the next 5 years, when will they be sent...?? poor communication, got your money, get lost attitude, would never recommend anyone to BIR ...ever...</span></p>
