Shocking Service from BIR

Can't get any worse....

Partial container to be sent overseas and promised shipping within 3-4 months.

No shipping whatsoever for 8 months and since we still in SA I decided to add more items to the original shipping to fill up a container and allegedly get it shipped immediately.

I waited for 6 weeks for a quote and didn't receive one (clearly not interested in business).

Hence I decided to get my goods returned and use another company, ended up getting a very small refund out of all the money I paid. I pretty much paid to have some of my furniture going on holiday in BIR warehouse.

On returns of my goods 1 cabinet was damaged the claim was submitted but guess what no paid...

It can't get any worse...

I could say you can find better shipping companies but I should say any shipping company is better than BIT
