International movers to avoid
We used British International Removals for our move from Pretoria to the United States. They lost the biggest item they had to shipped - our 12-seater dining room table. There costumer service is terrible and after almost a year and countless emails to them we are still without our table. I have since heard about other consumers which had the same experience with British International Removals.

Human error will always be a factor when things do not go according to plan.
We sincerely apologise that you suffered such inconvenience during this time.
The table was shipped at BIR's cost, and although it cannot make up for the inconvenience suffered, you were indeed eventually reunited with your table, for which we are grateful and relieved.
