<p>BIR charged me Port Handling Charges as an Extraneous Cost after the fact and demanded cash before the goods were delivered. They were informed that I had not yet had my internet connection installed but insisted that was the only way they would communicate with me. So I was at a total loss.</p> <p>They also charged me 5 days labour to pack and load. The crew arrived daily between 09h30 and 10h00 and left at 15h00. Do the math. Three days would have been sufficient but I found out that my crew were playing Taxi to other crews. I had to pay a full two days for a full crew for them to transport their workers to other sites.</p>
