Dont' Care attitude

If anybody has plans to move country, I do not recommend using British International Removals. They are all about the money in SA and once your goods have arrived at your destination port, they outsource the remainder of the process (in my case to Euro Group International Movers in UK) and have no inclination to assist any further. Our contract with BIR clearly states that the door-to-door delivery cost includes delivering to the first floor.<br> Euro Group wanted us to pay an additional ?60 to deliver to our apartment, located on a first floor. On taking this up with BIR, they agreed \to cover this cost"as some sort of goodwill gesture despite the fact we've already paid for it as part of the total cost. It only gets worse though"
