If I could give no stars, I would. A few examples of the poor manner in which service was delivered: - not adhering to the timelines given at the first meetings and phonecalls - their staff stole some of our items (forcibly broke a box when the key was still in it) and packaged the damaged items and refused to investigate unless we lay a claim at SAPS which is impossible as we are in another country - several items arrived broken and damaged. We have undertaken several overseas moves and this is the first time it has happened. - as soon as you have paid for the services to be rendered all accountability, ability to have problems resolved as well as have questions answered becomes impossible.
