Update on correction on IELTS certificate

Did my IETLS and certificate was delivered as promised. But my country of origin was mistated. Contacted an individual by the name of Delight Seramwe to explain the issue, no response. Went to the British Council on the 27th of August where I met Delight. He apologised, took my erroneous certificate and said I should send him an email with the address for delivery.

Since then I have been trying to contact him for an update, but have heard nothing from him. I call the helpline and nobody seems to give a damn. I called today, requested to speak to Delight (who was in the office) and when iI was connected to him, the phone was put on voice mail.

This is really shocking coming from the British Council, did not expect this at all. Since one on one communication doesn't seem to work, can I please have an update on my certificate here and it would be nice for you to explain why you will not respond to my queries.
