Unfair Cross Border fees charged- for millions of people

I paid for the English exam in South Africa through the British Council South Africa

It has been months of dispute die to an unfair Cross Border fee which was never disclosed upon payment

We have communicated with our bank that stated clearly that this fee has come about as a result of this being an international transaction which the British Council has layed onto my as the client and millions of other clients

They continously give me the run around and do not want to take accountability and responsibility for their actions

I have had the same situation with another international organization that promptly refunded me upon acknowledgment

I feel that This is misleading and unfair
