Unable to fix an original issue.

The British council have now on many occasions denied me the chance to write the IELTS exam. The first time i was told i entered by details incorrectly as i put my id number as a form of identification, but uploaded a copy of my passport(which contains my id number). i then went to the offices on the same day i was told this and a woman took my passport inside to a lady named Bridget, i was then told that the issue had been solved and that i should report to the testing venue the next day. i then reported to the testing venue the next day and i was again denied the opportunity to write the test. i then logged a formal complaint and received a call from a gentleman named Delight. Delight then told me to explain my grievance and so i did, he then told me he would reschedule my test day. i then received my test schedule and time table only to arrive at the testing center to find out that the problem had not been resolved, so id like a refund ignorer to register one more time because i need to complete this test in order to apply to study abroad.
