No contact at all

I wrote my exam on the 12th of September 2015 and up to this point have not received my results.<br> I have called the call centre multiple times and each time my call gets dropped on 3 min of holding on.<br> I have emailed multiple times with no responses.<br> It has been over a month. I only need a tracking number.
