IELTS RESULTS Late with no Feedback

I Wrote a IELTS test on the 30th May. We were told results would be available 13 days after the test and would be posted online and mailed to us. They were initially late but sent an sms out to notify me that it would only be available on the 15 June and i would get a tracking number to see my results online. No such tracking number has been sms'd my way. I have given calls to the British council but it takes 20+ phone calls before someone answers as they simply press the call dead. After many calls i reached them and was told to email Bridget in order to get my results, I did so and have only received 1 email that asks if I got my results or not and i rep**** twice saying I have not. No further information has been given to me and I need my results urgently. <br> <br> It is now 2 week later and this is absolutely unacceptable to be still waiting for my results as this test costs R2400 and the service is terrible.
