IELTS Exam Non Delivery

Totally disgusted at the unprofessional service received from British Council in South Africa. My husband wrote the IELTS life s****s exam in Pretoria on the 5th JULY. His results showed on the website one week after and he was told the results would be sent via courier to Durban 2 weeks later. It is now one month later and after the 14th phone call, yes, 14th phone call, he is no further on with receiving the results which has seriously delayed our plans. He has been told by 14 different people that A. they haven't got anything for that batch on the 5th July. B. that his results have been sent. C. that they are trying to find out. D. that they will call him back. Only one person called back last Tuesday to say, all fine, results have been sent and will be there on the Wednesday. This is now Monday 6 August and still nothing. My husband is on the phone yet again and is getting absolutely nowhere with the people who answer the phone. He has requested to speak to a manager or supervisor and nobody will put him through, one person gave him an email address for Themjiwe Ntini who is supposedly a manager but the email address is wrong. Unacceptable service of the poorest kind, really disappointing, this is the British Council for goodness sake - what a let down. Will somebody PLEASE assist him to get his results. I am truly shocked that the British Council can allow this to happen. I wonder how long it will be before someone answers this post? My husband's reference number is S-ZA ********** 7-02233
