IELTS: British Council South Africa

On 13 June 2015 I wrote the IELTS exam in Johannesburg. To date I have still not received my results for this test.<br> <br> I have written 2 follow up e-mails to the British council on 26 June 2015 08:29 AM and Thursday, July 09, 2015 1:06 PM. Today I got my first reply today in which they indicated:<br> <br> \Kindly note that we have forwarded your e-mail as a matter of urgency to our IELTS Administration department as we are aware that this is well beyond the time set out in IELTS standards of receiving your IELTS test report form."<br> <br> I missed a call this morning from the British Council but when I tried to contact the call centre as before - all you get is 'We are experiencing a high call volume... please continue holding for the next available customer agent'<br> <br> It is impossible to get hold of a person. <br> <br> The service offered by the British Council for the IELTS examination is very disappointing.
