Exam Refund

Hi There, I've been trying to get my boys Cambridge exams refund from British Council South Africa it is now two months later of chasing them. The May/June exams were cancelled by Cambridge UK due to global pandemic, but now to get our refunds, its like chasing a ghost . I've been taken from pillar to post and now all of a sudden they are working from home in lockdown level 3 and cannot be rechead. Please help me get my money back as i need it to pay for my boys school fees. Regards Evah Radebe
