British Counsel Exam Results - Unprofessional service

Unprofessional i wrote my exam on the 7th April 2018, results are supposed to be out 13 days later. To date i have not received my results of any correspondence from them. After several attempts to try and get my results i have had no success. I have been given email addresses that do not work, i even had to re-take my speaking test due to technical errors. When i call reception, they cut me off. I have had it, either, do I have to beg for my results as if the exam was free?
