British council is a ****

I was booked for the English test for a visa application, the test was booked for June but it was cancelled therefore requested a refund. I haven’t received my refund since I requested it in July. I’m being told their centers are closed but yet they still taking bookings from other people and canceling the test. Sighting that their centers are closed due to Covid 19 is not a reason for them not to process refunds. I just find this inappropriate and unacceptable that a company like that fails to honor their refunds policy but are quick to take money from the cards.
