Bad Services with the British Council for IELTS

I have had absolutely the worst service with the British Council and their response regarding my IELTS test results. They never answer the phone nor respond to any of the mail and when they eventually do it is 100 days later. I dont think anyone has any sense of urgency there. I mean, you pay so much money for quality service and still dont get it.<br> <br> UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED BY THIS!!!!!
