Worms in cigarettes

Hi, I have sent emails and tried phoning 3 different contact numbers on your website and the box of cigarettes with no answer.

I bought a packet of B&H Blue Switch. When I opened the pack this morning there were perfect holes in the cigarette and a live worm still chomping away at the paper (from the inside of the cigarette). I looked at the rest of the cigarettes and there were more worms in the filters too. It is disgusting.
