What is going on at BAT??

Has anyone actually received a response back from BAT about this problem yet or what?? Something similar happened to us when we went to go buy there was only soft pack and the individual boxes were all dented and it all (like all the brands) had this weird sticker on the front. Has anyone else seen these??

I want to get my money back for them before I open them or atleast exchange them for normal ones if there is something wrong with them but I'm not sure. Has this happened to anyone else here??

And more importantly - do these people ever actually reply?

I feel like they are purposefully de*****ing us as the consumers knowing their products are faulty and still selling them full price anyway!! That's just my opinion though - who can ever know for sure?!

And its actually so sad too because these are all super established respected and (dam) expensive brands, I mean in this country names like stuyvesant, dunhill and winston used to mean something, but apparently not anymore :(

Oh wow - fantastic - another purely generic and probably automated response which is CLEARLY meant to placate to the client until he/she forgets about it completely and just goes away, like I bet so many of them already have!! I used to work in a customer complaints department ok - I know a stall and avoid tactic when I see it!!

Now I want a REAL person to read these messages and fix your dam mistakes. I feel that your company is being run by a bunch of ******s who have no idea what they're doing anymore and I WANT THIS FIXED ****IT!!

I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND IM SURE THAT THE REST OF THESE POOR PEOPLE DO ASWELL!!!
