Vogue - Peeling inside lid

Everytime wife opens a brand new packet of Vogue Slim cigarettes the inside of the lid peels off and damages the cigarettes by hooking them. I think it’s not the quality we’re used to and it’s unasked for the glue the inside lid with every box just to protect the cigarettes.
