Unswitchable Dunhill switch

I am really dissatisfied with quality of my favourite brand of cigarettes. Paying R40 per pack cigarettes and almost always getting 1 cigarette without the switch ball has now become pain in the butt. I have contacted the number on box and complained, to which the British American tobacco company have responded and replaced only 1 packet of the many faulty ones that I've come across. Just yesterday I bought a packet at Pick n pay, the first cigarette I took out was faulty. Really sick and tired of paying so much money for such poor quality.
