Unsmokeable Cigarettes

I am highly disappointed in the quality control of this company.we used to buy the Stuyvesant Boost until the menthol tobacco was changed to the normal and quality went down then we switched to the Red Switch up untill you discontinued it(worst discion ever made) now we are smoking the Pall Mall Boost and we have to throw away 5or more cigarettes of every box as there is no menthol ball in it and it is simply unsmokeable as you can't pull the cigarettes... this is terrible and I would like a reply as to why this is happening.... if I could rate a no star I would.very disappointed.
