Two Brocken Ciggerettes Found in Packet Of 20

Good Day<br> <br> I am so dissopointed, this is the second time i find a brocken ciggerette in a packet of 20Rothmans red. The first time i just threw it away, but this time i bought me a Packet of Rothmans Red and came across @ broken ciggerettes, i mean really now??? I am very angry cause the ciggeretts even went up again with its price, which is not a problem, but they push prices up but their Manufacturing is pathetic.<br> <br> I have hold onto the 2 broken ciggerettes.<br> <br> Please advise what you going to do about this.<br> <br> Regards<br> Fadwaa Sabodien
