Terrible quality control for a supposedly premium product

I have now purchased pack after pack of your Dunhill Cortleigh Boost (green) after you took the original Dunhill menthol off shelves - every single pack has at least 5 or so cigarettes that don't have the boost bubble in it. Considering the price of your product (I have been loyal to your brand for 15 years) this is extremely poor on your part... I see that I am not the first person to report this. I would like some feedback regarding your quality control - I buy this product because it is supposed to be menthol...
