STUYVESANT EVOLVE RED - HOLES IN THE ENTIRE CIGARETTE

I bought a packet of Stuyvesant evolve Red and have come across 5 cigarettes so far that have holes in then. It is in the white part of the cigarette just before you get the filter. It's not the 1st time that this happens and it's becoming taxing. While the pack says R37 on it you pay R42 and then have to deal with almost half a pack that is dud cigarettes? NOT ON!!!! I HAVE CALLED THE 0800 NUMBER no luck. Is this what you people think of us? Giving dud cigarettes and then ignoring when we complain about it?
