Stuyvesant Evolve Red

I bought 20 packs (10's) Stuyvesant Evolve Red a few days ago. This morning when I opened the 1st packed, I noticed that the top of the cigarettes (filters) were full of Tabaco (dust) and the 1st cigarette I took out was full of holes, I then decided to leave that packet and open another one but was totally disgusted with the brand after I opened the 2nd packet and noticed that there is a hole on top of the filter and as I took that cigarette out of that packet, another cigarette full of holes. I left those 2 packets on the counter and opened a 3rd packet that was okay The first time (about a few months ago) I also had an issue and sent an email and complaint but no one ever got back to me that is why I have decided to report this on HelloPeter, maybe then one will get some sort of reply from them. I have never had so many issues with cigarettes before.
