Something ate the sigarette in a seals box

Hi again im very disappointed and disgusted with Benson & Hedges platinum switch with the second packet i bought i got some sort of mites of something that ate holes in the sigarette and filter, first time there was nothing done to the problem hopefully this time something will happen
