So frustrating
I unfortunately am a smoker. And I use Peter Stuyvesant Menthol Boost. I can NEVER open the packet! with the string opener. In addition, I break cigarettes trying to pop the seed fo rmenthol. I have to use a knife to open the string opener and cut the box! It is extremely irritating ! Please come up with another option, otherwise I will simply use another supplier! Shocking!
