Replacement of Peter Stuyvesant Blue Switch not available in stores.
Unable to find the new product Peter Stuyvesant Evolve Double Cool that is replacing the Peter Stuyvesant Blue Switch. The Blue Switch was discontinued and the packaging advises that the reinvented Evolve Double Cool is coming soon but no store has it, neither do they have the Blue Switch. Why was this product discontinued if the replacement was not ready to be released?

Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention, you have assisted us in ensuring we understand the challenges experienced by our consumers. We have had some challenges with supply of the upgraded Stuyvesant Evolve Double Cool product over the festive season, however we have addressed this with our production team and we are in the process of getting stock into stores as quickly as possible.
The Peter Stuyvesant team would like to apologize for the frustration you have experienced with regards to not being able to find your preferred product. If you experience this issue again, please contact us and if you are willing to share the area within your city where you usually purchase your cigarettes we can let you know which outlets in that area have stock.
You can also log a formal quality complaint with our Customer Care line on ***(Standard VAS rates apply if phoning from a cell phone) or make use of our Call Back Service by sending an SMS with your name to 47026 and we will call you back. The 6-digit code can be found on the inside of the pack lid.
