Replacement Cigarettes

Here's something about BAT. I called in last week to complain about 2 packs of cigarettes I purchased. Both had the boost capsules burst on all the cigarettes. They said they were sending me replacement cigarettes so I was happy with that. After 2days of back and forth with the courrier company. I get my replacement cigarettes today and guess what, it's only 1box. Ok no issues, at least it's something but then, upon opening the package, the replacement box is smashed. This is absolutely pathetic customer service. Not something I would expect from a company like BATSA.
