quality of cigarettes

Good day<br> <br> My brand of cigarettes is peter stuyvesant Boost.<br> <br> For the past fee weeks, I get about 2 or 3 cigarettes in my box that has a puncture in it very close to the cork<br> <br> At first I didn't take it as a big deal, but as its happening regularly, it's becoming very frustrating and upsetting<br> <br> I've tried getting through to their customer service department but no luck at all<br> <br> I have no idea what I should do next because things don't come cheap these days and because of this, I have lost money<br> <br> Regards
