Quality Issues

I bought 2 packs of Pall Mall Red and the cigarettes in this box burn inconsistent with big pieces of tobacco inside. I have to drop off the ash and remove the big pieces just to smoke it properly, both packs had the same problem. First box had issues with the filters that were coming off at the ends.
