Quality control going down the drain

I bought 20 cartons of Peter Stuyvesant Blue before lockdown just to find one box can't open. I took the plastic seal off and the box couldn't open and was still sealed. I've been supporting Peter Stuyvesant for the past 15 years and find that their quality in packaging is starting to lack attention and this is really frustrating especially during the lockdown period when cigarettes are stopped due to the lockdown ban and the ones I bought are limited. I still have the box sealed without the plastic seal on and tried to open it but couldn't without damaging the cigarettes inside. I honestly feel like changing brands for the 1st time since I started smoking Peter Stuyvesant 15 years ago. So disappointing
