****py customer service and defecteive stuyvesant packaging and cigarettes.

Almost a year ago or so I contacted the number on my Peter stuyvesant box to complain about defective packaging the guy answers and says manager is busy and will get them to call me back. Its been a year. Now i have a defective cigarette from another box. I dont expect to pay R50 and over for a pack and get these defects let alone this ********** customer service. Up your damn game, no wonder you guys are losing to black market cigarette companies.
