Promotion without the promotional product
I understand that there is a promotion running with the Peter Stuyvesant Blue Switch. normal price of R29.50 and promotion of R31.50 with a lighter. However, I have purchased 2 boxes at my local garage Sasol both times paying the promotional price but not receiving the lighters. Upon asking both the cashier and manager they both say they havent received the lighters, but stil charging the promotional price?
