Possible tampering - damaged goods

I have been smoking Rothmans Mild for over 20 years, and even after lockdown remained loyal to the brand even though it costs more than the cheaper alternatives we know is available. To my dismay, after buying a carton at Shoprite, I found a packet that looked torn open, but was still in the plastic wrapper. I sent and email to the address provided, tried to call the call centre - but with no success. I have the pictures of the damaged packet, and even used a properly sealed packet to show what could be possible tampering. This is a safety concern, but also it seems that no one else cares that their good may have been tampered with. I would like to know how BATSA is going to manage this, as it is a deep concern.
