Poor service

Good day i want to file a complaint for Kent Special Mild, the cigarettes are so bad these past month it’s hard to even smoke a full cigarette. It’s not the same as it was before. It’s almost as if you’re smoking a cheap cigarette and you pay for quality. I smoke 2 packs a day and is really on the point of changing my sigarette brand. The cigarettes also have these big sticks inside smells awful. Please do something about the cigarettes. I even tried buying from different shops all around vanderbijlpark but all seems to be the same.
