Poor quality of product and customer support

Disappointing Quality and Terrible Customer Service I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. I bought a carton of Dunhill cigarettes 7 out of the ten packs were faulty it was not only overpriced, but the quality was shockingly poor. Many of the cigarettes were damaged making them unusable. To make matters worse, the customer service I received was completely unhelpful. The representatives I spoke with were not knowledgeable and offered no real solution to the problem. It felt like they didn't care about my issue at all. Given the high cost and the shoddy product, coupled with the terrible customer support, I would strongly advise against purchasing Dunhill. I feel like my money was wasted
