Poor quality control, more shocking than Eskom

Your quality control is horrific, thank god you don't do medicine or we would have tons of fatalities on your hands. PLEASE REPLACE the person responsible for quality control with a person more responsible or capable of doing the job. I have received more than 10 cartons of Peter Stuyvesant double cool were 80% of the buttons/ capsules are already broken or missing and that is in EVERY BOX!
