Poor quality control

Very dissapointed, I have been smoking Winston red for the last couple of years. I bought a packet of Winston red from my local store this morning as usual... When opening the packet I noticed that with all the sigarettes in the packet the filter was half of the sigarette... It is a total ******* paying full price and only getting half the tobacco.... Surely a company must have some sort of quality control in place
