Poor Quality bad Fruit Flavor B&H Blue Switch Ball always broken

I buy 4-6 Cartons of Benson & Hedges Blue switch every month but the Last couple of months every packet has several smokes with the ball already broken, and already not happy with the quality the last 3 cartons is the Fruity flavor and not Menthol I just decided that’s enough I will not buy B&H ever again way to many issues and can never rely on a professional quality product I would rather pay more than smoke low quality bad tasting. You have destroyed the brand I loved and smoked many years.
