Poor Product quality and appaerence on courtleaigh dunhill

Guys, i have never been a person to complain, Throughout the years of smoking, i have trusted Dunhill courtleigh as my preffered brand, on several occasions, upon opening my box of 20s, there is around 2 or 3 cigarettes with extra filter papers and a double gold strip, it would complain if these cigarettes could still be smokeable, and ive remained quite and left it at that, yesterday the same thing happened and the cigarette that i have now literally looks like this cigarette went through war with 3 times extra filter paper top like torn pieces of paper attached to the cigarette with 2 very very *****ed gold linings, infact 1 of the gold strips run onto the cigarette, how can this be smoked.i have left you guys messages but to no response.

Guys we are loyal customers of your brand, we look foward to purchasing what we pay for, and that is quality, unfortunately this does not prove to be of quality.

I have pictures and i have the cigarette here with me, i will keep it as evidence for your guys until my issue is sorted out. In all fairness this isnt on.

Like everything else in this world thats falling apart, let not our favourite cigarette brands fall apart too.
