Poor Customer Care Service
I complained about my cigarettes having a perfume like taste on the 17th of May 2019, to which they rep**** asking for my contact information, which I also supp**** on the 26 of May 2019 yet I have not being contacted by their customer care. I feel that I should be contacted by BATSA for the reimbur*****t of the money I wasted on my cigarettes as I cannot smoke it because of the horrible taste
