Peter Stuyvesant Evolve Double Cool

Good day, The "Peter Stuyvesant - Evolve Double Cool " cigarettes I have been smoking for years. The last while I keep thinking have I bought a "dud"carton as they are absolutely awful. Every pack has only a few in the pack that taste ok with 2 x menthol pop bubbles. The rest of the cigarettes are stale, tasteless and most either have no bubble menthol or possibly only one. I am now on the third carton which is exactly the same as above. I have emailed but received a standard reply to contact the Customer Care number on pack. On trying this it says the number is not in use or a problem with the number. This has been my brand and love the Evolve Double Cool but will definitely be shopping around and looking at other brands that offer something similar. As costly and most of the cigarettes in a pack I end up throwing away. Will appreciate if I can get some feedback with this regard?
