Hi there 29 August i have laid a complaint at British American tabacco, and received a call on the 30th and there were said the packet would be fetched from me the following week,i could have ripped the packet in half if i wanted to, but i didn't because what if other people sit with the same problem and dont mention it? I had to bend my cigarettes to get it out and damaged some of them just to keep the box intact. I've also send some photos to the email that they gave me, and never heard from them again? Smoking Peter Stuyvesant red since 2009 and this is what you get for supporting a company?

11 Sept 2019, 14:11I can even give you the ref. Number they gave me. Nobody called or gave me any process from their side, i think the customer service is just as bad. Costing me money to fix your problems.
