Paul mall green

I have been smoking pall mall green for about 9 years and before that normal blue. Never had issues. Now the last past 3 months I get g**** flavour when i switch. I have complaint to then and all they said is I need to take pictures of the box. This while im lossing atleast 6 cigarettes out of one box as i don't smoke the g**** flavour and just throw them away. They also said they aware of the problem but no compensation. Now its getting worse. Even more g**** flavour in the green pack, big chunks of tobacco and then flavour ***** not even in the cigarette but loose in the pack and some not even a switch ball in. I've been n customer for years but this is getting ridiculous now and strongly considering changing brands.
